Responsibilities
Carry out plastering to a high standard
Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable)
Perform carpentry duties including repairs and basic joinery (desirable)
Support with a broad range of general property maintenance duties
Work effectively both independently and within a team
Ensure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards.Qualification:
