Hire Desk Controller
Location: Caerphilly (CF83)
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum
The Role
We're looking for an experienced, driven and self-motivated Hire Desk Controller to join a growing business within the hire industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can take ownership of the role, manage their own workload and contribute to the ongoing development of the department. We're looking for a commercially minded individual with strong sales ability, excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email.
Prepare quotations, hire contracts and off-hires.
Coordinate deliveries and collections with the operations team.
Build strong customer relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate hire records and support the invoicing process.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
