Position Summary



The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests by cleaning guest rooms and public areas according to Spark by Hilton and Hilton brand standards. This position plays a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing exceptional cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.



Key Responsibilities




  •  Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including bedrooms and bathrooms. 

  •  Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities. 

  •  Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas. 

  •  Empty trash and dispose of waste properly. 

  •  Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area. 

  •  Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management. 

  •  Follow hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures.
