HIL Test Engineer - Dspace and Matlab

We are seeking a hands‑on HiL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) Engineer with strong expertise in dSPACE systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and validating real‑time simulation environments to support ECU and embedded software testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain HiL simulation models using MATLAB/Simulink
• Configure and integrate dSPACE HiL platforms (SCALEXIO, MicroAutoBox)
• Perform system-level validation and ECU testing in HiL environments
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python, ControlDesk, and AutomationDesk
• Design and support wiring, harness, and I/O interface setups for HiL benches
• Create and maintain ControlDesk dashboards and test interfaces
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across hardware, software, and communication layers
• Collaborate with software, controls, and validation teams for system integration
