The Highway Project Manager leads complex transportation projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring high-quality technical delivery. This role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, maintains client relationships, and supports business development and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage highway and transportation projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
+ Develop and execute project management plans, including QA/QC processes.
+ Create and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and progress.
+ Coordinate internal teams and subconsultants to deliver quality outcomes.
