Highway Maintenance Technician

Position summary:

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians to perform advanced maintenance operations in Waco, Texas during the day shift, mid shift, and night shift. This positionrequires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance, signs, guardrail and/or drainage and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures.

Required Experience:

Exposure to using shovels, weed trimming machinery, brooms, & various small hand tools

Air compressor operations familiarity

Construction or Roadway maintenance experience

Guardrail and Sign installation experience

Concrete forming/repair experience

MOT (Traffic control certifications/courses)

Wheel Loader, Skidsteer, Fork Lift, Asphalt Roller, etc operator
