Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Term Time)

Job Summary

This role is a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for Year 3 or 4 at Cheltenham College Preparatory School, starting September 2026. The position is part-time (16 hrs 15 min/week, 0.3 FTE) with a normal working pattern of 8:00‑11:30 Monday–Tuesday and 8:00‑11:05 Wednesday–Friday.

The successful candidate will support a class teacher by providing outstanding pastoral care and facilitation of 1:1 and small group interventions within the Lower School Department. They will collaborate with teachers and the Head of Section and may also cover the class for short periods.
