A welcoming primary school is seeking a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work across EYFS to Year 6. The role involves covering PPA, delivering engaging lessons, and leading targeted interventions to support pupil progress. You will work closely with teachers to ensure continuity of learning, promote positive behaviour, and provide an inclusive learning environment. Adaptability, strong communication skills, and previous experience supporting teaching and learning are essential.
Requirements
The desired Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have;
Experience of working with primary school aged children.
Experience of working with pupils with SEND.
A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
An ability to work as part of a team.
