We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our first school in Redditch from May. This HLTA role supports three children in our specialist SEN provision, The Nest. The children have high-level behaviour needs, so we require someone confident, calm and skilled in behaviour management.
