Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Actual Salary: £32,752 – £33,627 (pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Working Weeks: 195 days per year

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to lead and manage a Resource Provision within a mainstream secondary setting. *This is a key role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a deep commitment to inclusion and pupil progress.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and deliver high‑quality small‑group and individual interventions tailored to pupil need

Organise and oversee the delivery of the RP curriculum, ensuring access, progress, and inclusion

Ensure the correct pupils are targeted for appropriate intervention programmes
