Accountable to: Headteacher & SENCO

Hours per week Monday to Friday - 32 hours per week plus 5 inset days

Salary Grade: Grade 6 - Actual Pay £23,434 to £25,040

Job Purpose

To work under the direct instruction of the SENCO and Senior Staff to co-ordinate and implement a range of effective interventions and case work to support SEND students to access the curriculum and fully participate in the day to day life of the school. The post holder will also provide general assistance to the SENCO in matters relating to SEND support in the school.
