What You’ll Do:

Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and goals.

Candidate Champion: Serve as a single point of contact, guiding candidates through screening, assessments, and onboarding.

Pipeline Mastery: Reactivate, engage, and redeploy talent through creative outreach strategies (text campaigns, direct outreach, etc.).

Data-Driven Results: Maintain ATS systems with precision and work to exceed KPIs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
