Primary Purpose of the Position
To plan and deliver effective Spanish language instruction that supports students' linguistic, cultural, and academic development, while fostering their social and emotional growth. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, engage with families, and contribute to the school community to promote a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate and liaise regularly with fellow Spanish and World Language team members regarding planning, assessment, parent communication, curriculum development, and classroom issues such as behavior and student engagement;
- Collaborate with other school colleagues to support students' social, emotional, and academic growth;
- Take an active role in classroom management and positive behavioral support;
