Key Responsibilities:
• Manage P&L, revenue, margin, and expenses
• Create and implement annual performance plans
• Develop practices for operational standards and compliance
• Foster continuous improvement across all locations
• Build real-time performance reporting frameworks
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in retail or operations leadership
• Proven ability to manage P&L effectively
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decisions
• Leadership experience in a matrixed environment
