Job Description
Become a pivotal part of Hickory Dickory Decks KW as a Helical Pile Installer and Junior Equipment Operator focused on residential construction projects. This outdoor position allows you to enhance your skills with mini excavators and ensure quality installations.
You will be responsible for helical pile installation while performing general labor and site preparation tasks. Your role will also involve operating relevant machinery and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors. Key Responsibilities:
• Install helical pile foundations safely
• Operate mini excavators and trucks
• Support excavation and grading activities
• Load and transport necessary materials
• Maintain a safe and organized work site
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in construction or excavation
• Training in helical pile installation is a plus
