Location: Hatfield

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00

Salary: £48,000-£60,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and organise both day and night workshop operations
• Schedule and prepare workloads for the day shift
• Manage handovers from the night shift, including identifying parts requirements
• Plan workloads for night shift activities
• Assign tasks to mechanics and monitor their progress
• Carry out spot‑check quality inspections on engineers’ work
• Organise and manage staff annual leave
• Lead, support, and develop HGV technicians and workshop staff, offering technical guidance when needed
• Schedule and prioritise servicing, maintenance, and repair work, including quality checking third‑party repairs where required
