Job Description
You will be the first point of face to face contact for our customers, delivering mortar to building sites in the local area and will have a positive 'can do' attitude with excellent customer service skills. You will operate both multi‑compartment Pod and Mixer vehicles, which you must maintain and clean daily. After all, you are the face of Marshalls Mortars and Screeds! You will put the customer at the heart of everything you do and we expect you to stay calm and professional when challenges arise! You'll always work to a high level of health and safety and ensure that you are compliant with specific customer requirements. You'll need to be punctual and an early riser to ensure on‑time deliveries! You will need to be flexible in working hours during the day and be able to work alternative Saturdays due to continuous growth and industry requirement (Overtime is paid on Saturdays).
