HGV Class 2 Skip Drivers

SRG Recruitment Portsmouth is recruiting on behalf of our client based in Fareham for HGV Class 2 Skip Driver positions.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Operate HGV Class 2 skip vehicles safely and efficiently
• Deliver, exchange, and collect skips from residential and commercial sites
• Ensure correct placement and removal of skips in line with site requirements
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
• Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately (e.g. delivery notes, waste transfer notes)
• Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and site personnel
• Secure loads correctly and ensure skips are transported safely
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable

This role is available for on‑going or temp‑to‑perm for the right candidate.
