We are searching for the best talent for a HEMA Lead, Canada to join our J&J Orthopaedics DePuy Synthes team. This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months. If you accept this position, you would become an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

Purpose

The HEMA Lead, Canada is responsible for developing and executing the Health Economics, Market Access, and Reimbursement strategy for DePuy Synthes in Canada to ensure timely, sustainable patient access to innovative orthopaedic solutions. This role acts as a strategic partner to Commercial, Medical Affairs and Marketing and leads engagement with external healthcare stakeholders.
