Job Description
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vegetables.
- Prepare vegetables for sale: washing, trimming, and displaying.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vegetable stand.
- Stock shelves and ensure adequate inventory.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service, including friendly greetings and helpful suggestions.
- May be involved in basic cash handling and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- No formal education required, but high school diploma preferred.
- Prior experience in a retail setting or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
