Help with moving assistance for a small apartment

I need a reliable helper to assist with a local move from a small one-bedroom apartment. The job includes lifting heavy boxes, disassembling and reassembling a bed frame, and moving furniture to a ground-floor to ground-floor transfer within the same building. I’ll have everything packed and ready; just need a couple of strong, careful movers with a lift or stairs-friendly approach. Please share your hourly rate, whether you provide blankets or straps, and an estimated time to complete. Availability on a weekday afternoon would be ideal.
