MATT Construction, the General Contractor that built iconic structures such as The Broad Museum and Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, is seeking a Helpdesk Technician 1 to join our team.

About the Helpdesk Technician Role

The Helpdesk Technician 1 will provide first-level technical support to our employees, ensuring efficient operation and utilization of IT systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as assisting with IT asset management and user training. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and an understanding of IT systems and networks.

This role is based in our Santa Fe Springs office Monday through Friday with visits to construction sites as needed.
