Job Opportunity: Heavy Goods Vehicle Mechanic

Hours: 37 hours per week, permanent position

Salary: Grade 8 £35,412 – £38,220 plus £29.90 tool and 10% shift allowance

This is an exciting opportunity for a Heavy Goods Vehicle Mechanic to work as part of a small, dedicated team providing maintenance and repairs to a diverse range of vehicles, plant and equipment in accordance with the requirements of the Councils Operator Licence.

The applicant will demonstrate the right behaviours, values to work as part of a team, be customer focussed and committed to providing a quality service.

A good understanding of MOT regulations would be advantageous as well as Health and Safety procedures.
