Heavy Lifting: Regularly lift, move, load, and unload materials and equipment weighing 50+ lbs.
Tool Operation: Safely use a variety of hand and power tools to assist with daily tasks.
Site Upkeep: Clean and prepare job sites by clearing debris and removing hazards.
All-Weather Work: Work comfortably both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Team Support: Take clear direction from supervisors and assist skilled trades to hit daily goals.
Safety First: Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE at all times.
