**HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR**
**$28–$35/hr + TONS OF OVERTIME**
Got experience on a **dozer, excavator, or tractor** ? We've got work on a **massive lake home project** and need operators ready to move dirt.
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
+ Run **dozers, excavators, and tractors**
+ Cut grade, build pads, and move dirt
+ Perform excavation and site prep work
+ Follow grade stakes and site plans
+ Complete daily equipment checks
+ Work with the crew to keep production moving
**WHAT YOU NEED**
+ **2+ years** operating heavy equipment
+ Experience on **dozers, excavators, or tractors**
+ Grading and excavation experience
+ Valid driver's license
+ Able to work outdoors in all conditions
