**Job Description**
This role focuses on maintaining, repairing, and servicing concrete crushing machines and other heavy equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation at various outdoor worksites. You will work hands-on with mechanical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support production and quality standards while prioritizing safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Repair and replace damaged or worn parts on concrete crushing machines and other heavy equipment.
+ Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools to perform repairs and maintenance.
+ Handle and move heavy materials and equipment safely, including lifting up to 70 pounds as needed.
+ Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as changing belts, completing oil changes, and inspecting equipment for wear and safety issues.
