About the Role

Cobalt Construction Inc. is seeking a motivated and reliable Heavy Duty Mechanic Shop Hand (Mechanic Helper) to support our mechanical team in maintaining and servicing a large fleet of heavy equipment. This position is ideal for someone that has experience in a hands‑on, fast‑paced shop environment with knowledge, training and experience in working around heavy duty equipment. The successful candidate will assist Lead mechanics with repairs, maintenance tasks, shop organization, and general labour duties to help ensure efficient shop operations.
