Job Description
Enhance your pipefitting skills with Heartland Constructors at the Imperial Oil Kearl site in Fort MacKay, Alberta. This Pipefitter Apprentice role offers valuable experience during the turnaround project from May 12 to June 2, with flexible day and night shifts.
Jardeg is looking for motivated Pipefitter Apprentices to support a crucial project at the Kearl site. Successful candidates will assemble and repair piping systems, maintain tools, and follow safety protocols during various tasks. This position will require both teamwork and the ability to follow instructions closely from forepersons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow foreperson instructions for assigned tasks
• Assemble and repair piping systems for operations
• Maintain tools and workspace in clean condition
• Set up fittings and pipes for tacking work
• Perform hydrotesting as per established guidelines
