This role offers standard hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Candidates will perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and tailor consultations to customer needs. You will guide device fittings while maintaining compliance with health data privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive hearing evaluations to clients
• Educate customers on device fittings and demonstrations
• Maintain accurate customer records post-service
• Drive sales of hearing aids towards revenue targets
• Support community awareness through marketing events
Requirements:
• Diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument program or a Master's degree in Audiology
• Good standing registration with relevant governing body
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM, and POS systems
