Job Description
Responsibility ：
1.Lead and oversee all occupational health and safety activities across the warehouse and factory operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
2.Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety management systems, procedures, and risk control measures to promote a safe working environment.
3.Direct and monitor routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across all operational areas, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of safety hazards and operational risks.
4.Drive corrective and preventive action plans arising from inspections, audits, incident investigations, and regulatory requirements to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
5.Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs, emergency preparedness drills, and awareness campaigns to strengthen employee safety knowledge, compliance, and response capabilities.
