The Hadley Unit is the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) within the Trust. Hadley Unit is a 9 bed mixed gender treatment ward that is situated in Worcester. The Hadley Unit is a referral-based service; we can accept referrals from a number of sources including the community, acute wards and patients detained by the Ministry of Justice. As one of the Health Care Assistants on the ward you will work closely with the ward's Staff Nurses, management and medical team.
This is a part time role working 26.25 hours per week.
Part of your role is to ensure patient care is of the highest standards, you act as a role model at all times and use your initiative to maintain quality and safety.
