Main duties
We are looking for compassionate, patient, and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a teenage male with complex care needs. You will provide personalised 1:1 care, ensuring he remains safe, comfortable, and settled throughout the night. You will maintain a watchful eye and create a calm, soothing environment so he can sleep safely and peacefully. As he is non‑verbal, we seek carers who can understand his cues and interpret his needs.
