Healthcare Assistant

Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join the team. You’ll support registered clinicians in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in line with national and local clinical guidelines in a hospital setting.

Please note: Experience in a hospital setting is essential, and candidates working purely within a Care Home will not be shortlisted.

Key Responsibilities:

Support clinicians in the implementation of patient care plans

Assist with procedures, including decontamination

Prepare clinical areas and ensure cleanliness in line with infection control policies

Participate in audits, stock management, and administrative support

Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner

Support teams as and when required
