Job Description
Main duties of the job
- Check and record medical supplies on delivery.
- Monitor loan of medical equipment to patients (e.g. blood pressure monitors).
- Use the Practice Clinical System for patient searches, clinic visits and patient recall while adhering to Information Governance Regulations.
- Maintain equipment in good condition, ensuring standard procedures such as calibration are completed.
- Ensure adequate stock levels in treatment rooms, fridges and cupboards.
- Provide and help manage a caring, empathic and professional treatment service to patients and the practice team.
- Respect patient confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive information and adhere to all relevant regulations.
- Perform additional duties as requested by GPs or Managers.
