Job Description
Rota Support are recruiting a full time, permanent Healthcare Assistant on behalf of our client, a residential care home based in a quiet village, three miles from Colchester town centre. The service aims to provide a homely and safe environment for up to 30 older adults and those with dementia so that they can enjoy the most independent life as possible within a homely environment.
Key Responsibilities
* To build warm, caring, and positive relationships with Service Users’, keeping the individual’s best interests in mind always.
