Responsibilities:
. Contact applicants to provide updates and reminders regarding required documentation
. Manage inbound and outbound phone enquiries professionally
. Perform administrative duties including data entry, document scanning, filing, and printing
. Provide quality customer service and support over the phone
. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up
Requirements:
. Minimum A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
. Able to commit for at least 3 months
. Available to start work within a short notice period
. Training will be provided
. Strong communication and organisational skills
