Become a vital part of Health Sciences North as a Pharmacist, delivering medication management services to improve patient outcomes. This role includes evaluating medications and collaborating across healthcare teams.
As a Pharmacist, your primary focus will be on conducting assessments of prescribed medication therapies. You will engage with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring medications are distributed safely and effectively. Responsibilities also include providing education on drug therapy management and participating in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess patient medication orders
• Ensure timely provision of drug distribution services
• Liaise with community pharmacists for patient care
