Health & Safety Officer

The company currently has a vacancy for a motivated, professional and attentive to detail Health and Safety Officer to join their team and drive company Health and Safety initiatives and programmes. This position requires someone who is able to work in a fast paced, pressurized environment. The candidate will be based in Orkney (Vaal Reefs), however local road travel will be required between various sites and head office. (Welkom Free Sate, West Wits and Gauteng)

The successful candidate will:

• Ensure compliance with Company safety regulations and adherence to safety standards, including safety induction and training
• Promote and ensure adherence to the safety policy and procedures
• Keep management up to date and informed about legislative requirements regarding health and safety requirements.
