Health & Safety Lead - Construction (Finland)

Crown is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join our European operations in Vaasa, Finland. You will lead safety initiatives across roofing and façade projects, conduct RAMS, inductions, and audits, and ensure compliance with Crown standards and local regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in safety-related field, NEBOSH qualifications, 3+ years of construction H&S experience, and EU work eligibility. Rotation-based arrangement with international exposure.
