This Position reports to:
SSE Manager
Reporting to the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager of the Iberville plant (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu), you will play a key role in continuously improving HSE performance by fostering sustainable behavioral change and strengthening a strong prevention culture within the business unit. Product lines: Microlectric, SuperStrut & Joslyn.
In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, deploying, and evolving the ergonomics program by fully integrating it into operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
