The Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager is responsible for leading and driving GDC’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Regulatory Compliance agenda across the site. This position ensures a world‑class, safe, healthy, sustainable, and fully compliant workplace for all employees, contractors, visitors, and partners while supporting Dyson's innovation and operational excellence.
About The Role
HSE Leadership & Culture
- Serve as the site's HSE leader and subject‑matter expert for all health, safety, environmental, and regulatory matters.
- Develop and implement GDC's HSE strategy, roadmap, and annual objectives.
- Foster a Safety First culture through visible leadership, employee engagement, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
