What you’ll do:
Collaborate with HR and develop policies, procedures, and manuals as it relates to Asset Protection and Health and Safety.Ensuring that all company policies, local, provincial, and federal laws are adhered to in the execution of all internal and external investigations or inquiresOverseeing the administration of the company Occupational Health & Safety program.Work collaboratively with Senior Leadership Team and Department Managers to ensure all objectives relating to Asset Protection and Health and Safety are clearly communicated and executed.Effectively and efficiently managing the development and building of relationships along with ensuring the integration of strategic plans with company operations both in the short and long term.
