Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a small team of Health Physics Monitors during graphite core inspection, sampling and maintenance activities
- Ensure all radiological protection standards and site safety procedures are strictly always adhered to
- Act as a working supervisor, providing on-the-job guidance while maintaining high personal performance standards
- Deliver training, coaching, and mentoring to develop team capability and ensure consistent best practice
- Interface effectively with EDF and client personnel, fostering strong working relationships and clear communication on safety and operational matters
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements
- Provide timely and clear reporting to the Health Physics Package Manager, highlighting performance, issues, and improvements
