Vermilion Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aide to join our Continuing Care team in Vermilion, Alberta. HCAs play a vital role in supporting clients to live safely and comfortably in their homes, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. As an integral member of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide person centered care while upholding AHS values of compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and safety. The Health Care Aide provides direct client care and support in accordance with ALA policies, professional standards, and the Health Care Aide Competency Profile. Responsibilities include: Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting). Supporting mobility, transfers, and positioning.
