This position focuses on enhancing residents’ quality of life through a variety of daily activities. You will provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support, while also assisting with healthcare needs as per service plans. Collaboration with nursing staff and engagement in recreational activities will be key parts of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily activities of residents including mobility
• Administer and document medication following care plans
• Respond immediately to resident calls and inquiries
• Assist with maintaining hygiene and cleanliness
• Promote involvement in social and recreational programs

• Completion of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Current registration with the health worker registry required
