Help improve the safety, health, and sustainability of our manufacturing environment by partnering with engineering teams to identify risks, implement proactive solutions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
**Your role:**
+ Partner with engineering teams and frontline employees to identify workplace hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement practical solutions that promote a safe and healthy work environment.
+ Support environmental sustainability initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve resource utilization, and increase reuse and recycling efforts in support of site sustainability goals.
+ Conduct in-person safety training and awareness programs on topics including workplace safety, hazard recognition, emergency response, and safe work practices while fostering a strong safety culture.
