ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a growing chemical manufacturer with operations across two Etobicoke facilities. We are looking for a hands‑on Safety Coordinator to own our Health & Safety programs at the plant level, ensuring regulatory compliance, building safety culture, and keeping our people safe on the floor every day. This is a visible, floor-level role suited to a safety professional with industrial or chemical manufacturing experience who takes ownership of programs rather than just maintaining them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Health & Safety Leadership:
- Plan and facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee H&S training across both sites.
- Provide day‑to‑day H&S guidance to supervisors and frontline employees.
