Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will be the main safety support for construction activities, ensuring compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations. Your expertise will guide safety planning, orientations, and incident response, all while working collaboratively with various project stakeholders. This role requires your strong interpersonal skills to foster a safety-first culture across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support day-to-day site operations for safety
• Evaluate and report on safety performance and incidents
• Conduct site-specific training and orientations
• Collaborate with contractor safety compliance
• Maintain safety documentation and communications
