Reporting to the Director of Care (DOC) at Prince of Peace, the Health Administration Assistant coordinates and maintains the care staffing schedules in compliance with collective agreements, fills vacant shifts, posts vacant positions, and maintains all documentation.

Responsibilities

• Update client-specific task sheets.
• Assist with the hiring process.
• Manage incoming medical documents and distribute information to the appropriate department(s).
• Complete payroll functions associated with the Care Department.
• Provide general office clerical support.
