Job Description
Monthly Salary: UP to $4500 (Negotiable) Working Address: Multiple locations Working hours: 5 Days work week | 44 hours Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute a comprehensive coffee and beverage programme across outlets
- Support the Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor in daily outlet operations
- Train, mentor, and guide barista team members to meet company standards
- Collaborate with the team to create and refine seasonal beverage menus, recipes, and processes
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and served to consistent quality and presentation standards
- Follow established workflows and operational procedures
- Deliver professional and attentive service to customers
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback on beverage quality and presentation
